The different elements of a periodic contract

A standard worksite (SOW) is a type of work that will be carried out on a recurring basis throughout the term of the contract.

  • The TC(s) will be linked to an inspection and a basic or ‘framework’ prevention plan.

Later, during the contract and once the TC(s) have been carried out and supported by a prevention plan, the question of interventions will arise:

  • Declare a job

Do this for any work associated with a TC (this work is therefore the application of the standard worksite on a given date and at a given location).

In this case, there is no change in the content (risks, participants, etc.), so the work will be covered by the same documents (inspection, PDP, etc.) as the TC.

  • Create a specific intervention

Do this when an intervention falls outside the scope of the TC, in which case it requires its own risk analysis, and therefore its own joint inspection and prevention plan.
