Add, request, modify or draw documents

In the left-hand menu, under Documentation, you can:v

  • Submit one or more documents to your operation

  • Ask your departments or stakeholders to submit a document via their space (in this case, in the add document window, identify the department/stakeholder via the ‘Linked to’ list).

  • Validate or reject documents submitted by a participant

  • Annotating a document

    • from an image

    • from a .PDF file by converting it into an image using the application

  • Draw on images using the Plan Drawing tool.

If the sites linked to your operation have been set up with documents, these will be suggested to you, and you can add them to your documentation.
