Performing an inspection

Goal: the aim of this function is to check one or more External Companies in the field. You can therefore check whether or not the preventive measures recommended in the risk analysis for one of your Safety Materials have been properly implemented.

In the left-hand menu of your operation, tab Inspection visit,

• (1) Click on New visit

• (2) Enter the date, time and location of the planned inspection visit

• (3) Inform the auditor and the audited parties

• (4) Scroll down the list of activities and select the stakeholder to be monitored for each measure.

• Once you have selected a speaker, you can add :

  • the conformity of the measurement

  • one comment

  • an action to be implemented and its due date

  • a file or image

• (5) Summary of the visit

• (6) If you want the document to be signed, you can activate the document signature and select/add signatories.
