If you have any problems signing a document, follow these steps to make sure everything is in order:
1. In the menu, go to the ‘Stakeholders’ section, whether for the Company or the External Company, and make sure that the company and its contact have been added.
2. Check that the box corresponding to the contact's signature level is correctly ticked.

If the contact does not appear at the bottom of the printout even though these two steps have been completed, then make sure that the printout is not in the ‘to be signed’ state, as the contents of a ‘to be signed’ printout are frozen. To update the contents of an edition, you need to click on the orange button at the bottom of the edition, which will change the status to ‘in preparation’. At this point, the content of the edition is updated, deleting existing signatures and updating the content.

If the contact receives the signature email but is unable to sign the document and these two steps have been followed, then also ensure that the contact's email address matches that of the user by carrying out the following checks:
1. Click on the contact and examine the information displayed in the pop-up window to ensure that the contact's email address is the same as the user's.
