Statistics

We have made available on the application, and can make available to administrators, new reporting and statistics possibilities on the use made of your application.

You can:

1. Access the Statistics function: in the main menu at the top of the screen, click on Folders then Statistics.2.

2. Analyse your business figures on the trepied.co application. To do this, navigate between the tabs and view the statistics by file, by site or by department.

3. Modify the fields and the display of statistics for each tab. By clicking on the corresponding button, you can configure the fields specific to this project. You can see the number of files created, their status, the number of services, prevention plans, etc.

4. You can also use filters to analyse statistics in a more specific way. You can filter by project, date and more.

5. Finally, the statistics function also allows you to export the data in the form of an Excel table for more in-depth analysis outside our application.
